Event Check-In at the Hotel
- Find us in the hotel lobby to collect your Welcome Packets and carnations!
Heimatabend 6 PM – 10 PM (Doors Open at 5:30 PM)
- German-American Society Friendship of Pinellas County (8098 66th St N, Pinellas Park, FL 33781)
- Wear your event pin to enter the Heimatabend for free.
  - Didn’t have a chance to catch us at the hotel? Check in at the club and stay for dinner!
    - Dinner ($15-$20), drinks, and German desserts will be available for purchase
    - Seafood options and additional beverage options will be available for purchase at our on-site brewery! (See Welton’s Brewery for more information)
- Visit GCESV’s history display inside the German Club.

- Please ensure you’re wearing your event pin!
- A buffet dinner, non-alcholic dinks (soda/water/coffee), and (4) beer/wine (21+) are included:
  - Ropa vieja, yellow rice, plantains, chicken alfredo, steamed vegetables, salad, Cuban bread with butter, and German desserts
  - Please let us know if you require a vegetarian/vegan or gluten free dish.
- A parade of flags, anthems, Fahnenbänder/gift presentation, and Ehrentänze will happen throughout the night

Frühschoppen

- Wear your event pin to enter the Frühschoppen.
- Frühschoppen consists of a weissbier, bretzen, and 2 weisswurst for $20
  - For those who don’t drink weissbier, the drink can be exchanged for wine, soda, or water.
- Visit GCESV’s history display inside the German Club.
The Big Game Watch Party
- Want to watch the Big Game? Come back (or stay) for a viewing party hosted by GASF!
  - Food will be available throughout the game and the bar will be open, of course!
