Krampus Costumes Take Hundreds of Hours to Handcraft

🔥 Crafting season is in full swing at Krampus Verein Pinellas! 🔥

The herd has been hard at work at the German American Friendship Society building costumes for Season 2026. First, the leather harness base that every costume is built on. Then come the real Icelandic sheepskins, hand cut and fitted, with leather belts to hold it all together. Nothing synthetic. Ever.

A true KVP Krampus can run $2,100+ in materials, plus dozens of hours of leather work, sewing, and design on crafting days. The masks are hand carved from wood. Every piece is made by our members, for our members.
