What Is Bock Fest?

Bock Fest is a celebration of strong German beer and fiery tradition. Rooted in centuries of brewing culture across Germany, bock beers are rich, malty, and brewed to warm the soul.

Our signature ritual is Bierstacheln—a red-hot poker plunged into your bock, caramelizing the malt and unleashing a smoky, creamy burst of flavor. It’s theatrical, delicious, and uniquely German.

Bock Fest is Florida’s most spirited nod to German brewing heritage.
