Bock beer wasn't born in a taproom.
It was brewed by Bavarian monks in the dead of winter.

Rich, dark, and strong enough to sustain them through fasting — bock beer has been a symbol of endurance, craft, and celebration for centuries. Every spring, bock season arrives and steins are raised across Germany and beyond. At our Bock Fest, we honor that tradition with local craft breweries and legendary German imports side by side.

Bierstacheln

The Hot Poker Ritual — Get Poked

Our signature experience: a red-hot iron poker, pulled glowing from the fire and plunged directly into your bock. The heat caramelizes the malt sugars, creates a smoky foam, and transforms your beer into something entirely different — warmer, richer, and unmistakably dramatic. It's been done in Bavarian taverns for centuries. Now it's your turn.

Bock Fest — where centuries of brewing heritage come alive in Pinellas Park.

Tommy August & The Rum Syndicate

Tommy August and The Rum Syndicate bring high-energy rockabilly straight from Tampa Bay — swinging guitar, driving bass, and a whole lot of fun. Expect classics, originals, and the kind of music that makes you move whether you want to or not. They hit the stage at 2 PM and play through 6 PM. Don't miss it.
