Then join us as we present our new, expanded menu! Everything is prepared as authentically as possible, from our days-long marinated Sauerbraten to our handmade desserts, we strive to bring an authentic German culinary experience.

This week’s Chef’s Special is Schweinebraten – a traditional German roast pork dish, made with pork shoulder, seasoning, and cooked until the meat is tender and the crust is crispy.

Note: Non-members must pay a $3 fee to become an associate member (member for the day).
