This month we are exploring the German state of Thuringia. Erfurt is the capital and largest city. Other cities include Jena, Gera, and Weimar

🍽️ Menu:
Soup – Weimar-Style Onion Soup with a small slice of homemade German sourdough rye bread croutons topped with a mixture of egg, mustard and Emmenthaler cheese
Main – Thüringer rostbratwurst, mashed potatoes and sauerkraut and Thüringer onion sauce
Dessert – Poppy seed strudel
